To get a refund, contact us within 30 days of the date you received your order: call 800-795-8212 (Monday through Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM PST) or email info@athomefitnessfreedom.com. We will give you an RMA number. Write it on the package and return the product (opened or unopened) to PO Box 132, Garden Grove, CA 92842, USA. Your refund is issued within 24–48 hours of arrival and appears on your statement in 5–7 business days. Charges appear on your card statement as ATHOMEFIT*T8007958212.
